HI-FLOW HOSE AND COMPONENT
FLUSHING MACHINE CPF SERIES

In hydraulic systems where cleanliness is a mandate, this machine is designed to pre-clean hoses, tube assemblies and cylinders FAST!

Standard Features

  • Power: 5 HP 220/440 V
  • Machine Weight: Approximately 600 pounds
  • Programmable controller able to select intermittently high flow, generating enough turbulence to scrub the hose or component interior of foreign particles
  • Two 3 micron filters in recirculation mode that allow cleaning of the hose or component
  • Two stationary and 2 swivel casters
  • Swivel manifolds able to accomodate component or hose assembly of any length with port sizes from 1/4 to 2"

The CPF Series Hi-Flow Hose and Component Machine is designed to flush your assemblies prior to their installation into the system. The lengthy period and manual labor associated with this process is reduced from hours to minutes. The pre-cleaning of components before assembly into the system can eliminate lengthy troubleshooting and expensive component damage at start-up.

This machine is designed to operate with petroleum base, glycol and most synthetic fluids. Check with our engineering for special fluid use approval.

The CPF series may also be used independently for off-loop system filtering and can be provided with either a manual or electrically operated directional control valve for pre-cleaning components such as linear and rotary actuators.

The standard machine incorporates filter elements with B10 Beta ratings of greater than 1000, and a minimum dirt-holding capacity of 59 grams (larger elements can be provided with similar efficiency. Other options available include separate instrumentation (can be mounted integrally) to count and classify oil contaminants, and record viscosity and system operating temperatures. By installing either a manual or electrically operated directional valve, the machine may also be used to flush and clean most all other hydraulic system components. Two separate hydraulic systems provide high pressure, high turbulent flow as well as a non-turbulent system for off-line filtering.

How to Order

The Standard CPF11884 Flushing Machine is powered by a 5 horsepower 220/440V electric motor. Pressure is adjustable to 1000 PSI, depending on the product being flushed. Simply include the ordering codes below as a model number, and select the correct filter media:

  • S1=3 Micron Absolute
  • S3=4 Micron Absolute
  • S7=10 Micron Absolute
  • W=Water removal element

Elements are furnished six pieces to a carton. Specify micron rating and number of cartons when ordering.
